- It is the right of every citizen to possess and suitably utilise legal firearms in aid of the lawful defense of their life.
- Citizens have the right to be awarded a full and legal warrant for any searches and seizures made upon their property.
- No person shall be tried or sentenced within custody without the right to legal representation being offered if available.
- Every citizen has the right to not self-incriminate themselves within a court of law.
- No citizen should be denied access to their property or freedoms without due process of the law being applied.
- Citizens have the right to be protected from excessive fines, and the implementation of cruel or unusual punishment.
